Too often, this is where self-criticism takes root and confidence fades. At GPS, we provide the guidance, support, and community they need to know they are always enough. This digital empowerment community, The GPS Girls Club, cultivates deep self-worth, sharpens leadership skills, and builds the resilience girls ages 10–14 need to thrive.

Hi! I’m Akiya Maston, Ed.S. - a K-8 school principal, award-winning author, and an Adolescent Development Specialist with over 22 years of experience at the heart of education. Having navigated thousands of student and family interactions, I founded GPS as a scalable movement to bridge the gap between home and school. I’m honored to be charting this path to success alongside our adolescent girls.
